Football Has Finished - Now What?

The Euro 2020 Championships are over and Football sadly did not come home (unless you were supporting Italy of course! 🇮🇹).

There is one thing that did come home however... the money!

Every England game had plenty of offers that you could make some easy cash from, and there were lots (and I mean lots!) of price boosts throughout the tournament. There was also a decent amount of invite offers being sent out to customers, and just plenty of freebies in general!

Now that the tournament is over though, how can you continue to profit?

Well, the Premier League is not far away. The first game of the season kicks off on Friday 13th August meaning that Saturday 14th should be a pretty good day for Matched Betting. But, that's almost a month away!

So what should you do this month? Are there still ways to profit despite Football being away for almost a month?

Horse Racing, and ITV Racing in particular will be one of your main sources of income over the next month or so. Whether you consider yourself a Matched Betting pro, or just somebody that likes to profit here and there, then horses are perhaps the main thing you should be looking at!

The ITV Racing website has a full schedule of televised racing listed right here which I have summarized below. The reason televised racing is important is that the bookmakers tend to offer better offers than they would with usual mid week racing.

If you're around on a Saturday afternoon then it's worth placing bets as the races are happening, and you'll find closer matches on horses just before the races start. If you don't have much time however, you can easily get your bets placed in the morning (or early afternoon), and hopefully come back to some free bets later on!

Price Boosts are an amazing way to make some extra profit over the next month. Depending on what time of day you are around, you may actually make more profit from the price boosts this month than you will from other Matched Betting offers.

The majority of boosts over the next month are likely to be on Horse Racing as it'll be the main sport available that bettors put their money on. The problem with horse racing boosts is that they aren't really around for long, and so it's definitely recommended to set up notifications correctly.

If you are in our free Facebook Group then you will see a handy post that goes up daily around 9am. Follow this post by commenting on the relevant reply and you should receive a notification for every boost that is posted there.

If you are a member of Profit Accumulator then you can of course head to their Price Boost Forum. Whilst Team Profit's Facebook Group has some boosts posted, you will make much more money from the forum thread on PA. Last month alone the estimated value of boosts was over £1200 - and this was a very conservative estimate (the real value could have easily been £1500+!).

WTA and ATP events can be another good way of making some cash. Firstly, what are they?

WTA = Women's Tennis Association (calendar)
ATP = Association of Tennis Professionals (calendar)

In short, WTA is women's Tennis and ATP is men's Tennis. And I don't just mean any Tennis, I mean top level Tennis. Whenever you see WTA, think of your Serena Williams' and your Maria Sharapovas. And when you see ATP think of your Roger Federers and Andy Murrays.

So how can you profit from these events?

There are three main ways to profit from the Tennis:
- Price Boosts
- Offers
- Inplay Arbs

Over the next month I wouldn't imagine there will be much in terms of price boosts or offers, however it's definitely worth checking Profit Accumulator's offer calendar as you may find a few hidden gems that could be worth £5 or £10 here and there.

There will however be some times where you can find arbs inplay. By arbs, I simply mean that the back odds of the bookie is lower than the lay odds on the exchange. It's not uncommon in Tennis but please do be aware of retirement rules - failure to read this guide could result in you actually losing money if a player decides to quit because they are injured.

Why have I only mentioned WTA & ATP?

To put it simply, it's because these are high profile events. There are other types of Tennis tournament such as ITF and UTR. These however are fairly low profile. Think of ITF as your lower league games, perhaps League 2 in the UK or even the Conference. UTR on the other hand is even lower, so this would be the equivalent to something such as an eastern european 2nd or even 3rd division.

Avoid betting on ITF and UTR if possible - you WILL lose your accounts very quickly.

The Tokyo Olympics are looking to still be going ahead (although this could change at any moment).

Generally speaking, there won't be too many offers on the Olympics in comparison to Football however there will be some ways you can profit.

Some popular sports that will be taking place include:

In the past you will have found a fair few price boosts across the aforementioned sports in the Olympics and hopefully this year will be the same. There will be the occasional offer too, however it's not a huge one I'm afraid!

There will be some other offers that crop up here and there that you can profit from. These could be literally anything, for example a free bet on Love Island, or some sort of E Sports offer. There may also be the occasional freebie or boost available on the pre season friendlies that are currently going on at the moment.

For these types of offers, I would tread carefully. I wouldn't necessarily say they are "gub traps", but I would recommend mugging accounts, perhaps placing an extra bet alongside your trigger bet, just to be on the safe side.
